Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene and personal care products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable at purchase

Items damaged due to customer mishandling are also excluded.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately with clear photo or video proof.

We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address

Please keep your tracking number for reference.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We cover return shipping costs only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of approval:

  • First check with your bank or payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order details

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, before processing and shipping.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
